Vice President, Distribution Services
|Nancy Perronie joined Ann Inc. (then Ann Taylor Stores, Inc.) in 2000 as the Engineering Manager supporting the Distribution Center, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
She was promoted to Director of Distribution in 2004 and Vice President of Distribution in 2009. Nancy has worked in manufacturing for approximately 15 years and has extensive experience in engineering and purchasing. In her current role, Nancy has responsibility for the movement of apparel products into and through the Louisville Distribution Center to over 900 retail stores; and, via a third-party logistics relationship to Ann Taylor and LOFT internet clients.
Director, Customer Contact Center
|Michael Moseman is the Director, Customer Contact Center, for Brooks Brothers. Michael has responsibility for all customer facing activities in support of the Brooks Brothers e-commerce operations, endless aisle and emerging omnichannel and social media initiatives. He returned to Brooks Brothers after spending 5 years in marketing and social media roles with Grand Circle Travel. Michael began his career in the direct to consumer industry with the Vermont Country Store catalogue company.|
President and COO
|Matt is the President and COO of BuyAutoParts.com, a specialty retailer of automotive parts and products, where he has either directly managed or played a key role in every product line. He is responsible for end-to-end product line development and management, and strategically grew its supply chain and distribution capabilities.
Matt led the development of BuyAutoParts.com’s direct factory oversight initiative, including personal visits to over 50 factories in Asia. Implementing a strict set of vendor compliance policies for both international and domestic vendors, Matt has helped shape the direction and superb quality of BuyAutoParts’ global supply chain. He has also engaged in multiple carrier negotiations for small parcel, LTL and ocean transport.
|Katie Langrock is the Chief Operating Office at Commando. Prior to commando Katie was a leader at the Vermont Teddy Bear Company for over 16 years.
In 1997, Katie joined the Vermont Teddy Bear Company as their Retail & Tour Manager. Katie learned the business quickly and her responsibilities continually increased. She was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2003 and to Chief Operating Office in 2010. As COO Katie managed: the Global Sourcing team; responsible for developing, producing and importing apparel for their sister company, Pajamagram; the 150 seat contact center and a 120,000 sq foot final assembly and distribution center in Shelburne. Her other responsibilities included facilities management, manufacturing and human resources.
|Scott Van Den Berg
Director, Engineering and
|Since joining DSW, Inc. in 2007, Scott Van Den Berg has led the design, implementation and management of all aspects of the rapidly growing fulfillment operations for the DSW.com business launched in 2008.
Scott is currently responsible for fulfillment center operations, order management and parcel delivery for DSW.com. In addition, he oversees all DSW, Inc. engineering functions. He has over 30 years of engineering and operations experience including design and implementation of DC & FC Operations, Material handling, WMS/WCS systems, process automation, labor management, transportation networks, and retail store operations optimization.
Director of Operations
|Jerry started with Duluth Trading in December 2012. He has over 23 years of operations experience, primarily in catalog, ecommerce and infomercial direct to consumer fulfillment. He has a strong background working for 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers at an executive level, and has managed 3PL relationships from the client side as well. Jerry has overseen facilities, Security, call center operations and event management.|
Gardener’s Supply Co.
|Cindy has worked at Gardener’s Supply, a hard goods gardening company located in Burlington, Vermont, since its inception in 1983. She was the Chief Financial Officer responsible for Finance, HR and Administration and 12 years ago expanded her role to chief operating officer adding responsibility for the customer contact center, distribution center and manufacturing. Within the past three years, Cindy was very involved in a company-wide computer conversion and the moving of the distribution center into a new facility.|
Vice President of Distribution
and Ecommerce Fulfillment
|He has more than 25 years of operational experience working in leadership level positions. He joined Guitar Center Inc. In 2001, and is currently the Vice President of Distribution & Fulfillment.
Randy’s responsibilities at Guitar Center include the daily oversight and operation of the retail distribution network, consisting of 800k square foot automated retail distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana, 60k square foot by-pass operation in Chino, California both of which support and service over 250 Guitar Center retail locations nationwide.
Randy also has oversight of Guitar Center Inc. 800k square foot domestic and international fulfillment center in Kansas City, Missouri. The fully automated facility services a family of Guitar Center Inc. ecommerce brands consisting of Guitar Center, Musicians Friend, M123, Music and Arts and Woodwind Brassswind.
Customer Engagement Manager
|As customer experience manager at JackThreads, David Tull is passionate about fostering an ongoing positive conversation between the company’s business partners and its customers, and providing associates with the resources they need to build and tell the JackThreads story. In that role he manages all department training and quality assurance operations, including the company’s QA monitoring and coaching.
Since Tull took over service interactions on social media in 2012, JackThreads’s social customer service has been recognized as a leader in delighting customers while providing timely service.
Director, Ecommerce Operations
|The Limited is an iconic fashion retailer that offers high-quality, private-label apparel designed to help the modern woman succeed. In his role he is accountable for fulfillment, contact center, product copy, and promotional execution. He has over 20 years of retail experience with well-known brands such as DSW, Chico’s, Gap and SkyMall.|
Director, Store Operations
|Kevin is the Director of Store Operations and Strategies for the Macy’s Flagship store in Chicago. Previous roles at Macy’s included Director of Omnichannel Customer Service and Manager of Customer Experience for both Macys.com and Bloomingdales.com.|
Vice president, Service
|Scott Casciato is vice president of service for ModCloth Inc., a direct-to-consumer e-tailer. In his role, he makes sure the company delivers amazing service to their rapidly expanding customer base by developing service strategy and scaling the fulfillment and customer care functions, which have grown from a team of under 50 to over 200 during his three year tenure. To keep pace with ModCloth’s growth, his team has implemented innovative process improvement techniques, opened a new fulfillment center, and developed a long-term strategy for facilitating top-flight service for customers and operational leverage for the business.|
SVP of Operations
|As the Vice President of Operations at Newegg, Kunal Thakkar oversees the company’s global supply chain functions, including managing warehouse operations and transportation service providers.
Prior to joining Newegg, Mr. Thakkar was the vice president of global operations and business strategy at a fashion apparel wholesaler, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the company. In this role, Mr. Thakkar designed and implemented a fully automated distribution center, helped double the company’s sales, and improved its profits. He also served as a supply chain management consultant at UPS Professional Services where he worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies to help streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
Director, Domestic Logistics
|Ryan Culver has 10+ years of logistics and transportation management experience working in leadership positions. He joined OSP Group in April 2012, and is currently the Director of Domestic Logistics. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for managing domestic logistics including negotiating and managing small parcel contracts on a Corporate level. He also directs and measures parcel distribution cost, quality, and service programs for the business-to-consumer supply chain, while optimizing internal processes with the Operations group.|
Vice President of Distribution
|Jim Reid joined QVC in the new position of vice president distribution operations in January 2013. In this role, Reid leads QVC’s evolving distribution network to deliver excellence in all aspects of the customer experience while realizing efficiency gains throughout the operation. Reid is responsible for executing strategies that better service QVC’s customers with greater speed and impact.|
Director of Fulfillment
|Joseph joined Jet.com in the fall of 2014 as the Director, Fulfillment and Capacity Planning.
Prior to Jet, Joseph was the Director of Fulfillment for RevZilla.com, a Philadelphia based motorcycle gear online retailer. Joseph joined the RevZilla team in 2012 at a critical time in the companies growth. Keeping RevZilla Fulfillment on the cutting edge of technology and process was Joseph’s goal from day one and through a mix of common sense and out of the box thinking built systems and processes far surpassing expectations.
Director of Distribution
|Mark Desrosiers has served for eight years in his current role as Director of Distribution with S&S Worldwide, a 100+ year supplier of arts and crafts, sporting goods, and educational products. Mark oversees a management team responsible for warehousing/fulfillment (US/China), traffic, light assembly, quality control, product safety, and process improvement.|
VP Production and Fulfillment
|Anthony Vicars is currently the vice-president of production and fulfillment operations for Teespring. With twenty years of experience in direct to consumer operations he has contributed to the success of many of today’s industry leaders (Nasty Gal, Amazon.com, UPS, Teespring).
As the Director of Order Fulfillment for Zappos, he was primarily responsible for the incredible customer service the operation provided that became legendary. At the same time, he fostered a cultural reformation in fulfillment operations that placed the company on Kentucky’s best places to work list repeatedly as well as Fortune’s national list of 100 best places to work.
