Carlota Asturias, Director, Logistics & Global Sourcing, One King’s Lane

Carlota is responsible for the efficient management and fulfillment of product sourced globally.

Prior to One Kings Lane, Carlota managed a cross-border logistics program for Amazon’s Kindle business. Before this, Carlota was Senior Manager, Operations for Walmart.com’s Supply Chain & Logistics division where she managed the team responsible for the vetting, onboarding and integration of new fulfillment network partners.

Carlota graduated from the University of San Francisco undergraduate and graduate programs. Carlota resides in the Bay Area with her family. In her free time, Carlota enjoys travel, meandering through the Napa Valley and working on a myriad of craft projects.

Chip E. Edgington, Executive Vice President, Operations, OSP Group

Chip has more than 30 years of operational experience working in leadership and/or executive level positions.  He joined OSP Group, formerly Redcats USA, in 1999, and is currently the Executive Vice President of Operations.  Prior to OSP Group, he held senior level operations positions with Time Inc. and The Limited.

His responsibilities at OSP Group include the daily operation of 1.5 million square feet of highly automated fulfillment center space divided between Indianapolis and Plainfield, Indiana; directing all international and domestic logistics support; and two customer contact centers based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and El Paso, Texas.  His total team represents approximately 1,500 associates located throughout three states.  He has strategically integrated systems, engineering and lean processes in large-scale operations, while at the same time, successfully building strong cross-functional teams. He sits on the Executive Team for OSP Group and has played a key operational role in the acquisition, integration and/or divestitures of a number of businesses over the past decade including supporting the recent sale of the OSP Group to private equity groups Charlesbank Capital Partners and Webster Capital.

Within the industry, he sits on the board of Conexus Indiana, an industry-driven advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative.


Anne Embrey

Anne Embrey, Vice President, Continuous Improvement, Replacements

Anne began her career at Replacements, LTD as a supervisor, only to work her way up the executive chain where she currently serves as Vice President of Continuous Improvement. Responsible for cross-organizational networks, Anne oversees process improvement through leadership development, training, tracking, and measuring the core processes surrounding the company’s 13 million pieces of inventory in their 500,000 square foot warehouse.


Ray Gladden

Ray Gladden, Vice President, Operations, Caroling Biological Supply Company

Ray has over 25 years of experience in call center operations, warehousing and transportation, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.  Ray has been successful in operational efficiency improvements, quality improvements, and has responsibility for the company’s customer loyalty initiative.  He holds a Masters Degree of Logistics from Georgia Institute of Technology.
