Cody Williams Sales & Service Operations Manager for CustomInk Cody first joined CustomInk as a Sales & Service Representative in 2004. As the company quickly grew, so did the number of titles he held. From Crew Captain to Staffing Coordinator to Department Manager, Cody saw the team grow from only 15 reps 8 years ago to nearly 90 reps today. As Operations Manager, Cody created the Email & Chat Operators (EChO) team to streamline customer communication, selected and worked closely with a team of reps to test new features for the back-end systems before implementing improvements department-wide, and incorporated creative competitions that both improved productivity and produced charitable donations to several organizations on behalf of the company.
